Flip me. This inner battle that has been waging since I was born just keeps going!
It has evolved - A LOT - through my spiritual journey.
And yet it persists.
That's why I meditated every day.
Why I have my own coaches and teachers that I can rely on when I forget to focus on my light.
Even I get off track thinking things like: feeling like I'm not doing enough and not fulfilling what God and Divine mother want of me.
Whoa! Wait a second! That just a subtle way for me to dim my light.
Darn! And it's tricky too!
It looks like my heart is in the right place, but if like attracts like, then I'm constantly going to continue to feel like I'm not doing enough, thus playing into one of my demons of not feeling like I'm enough.
Well, there you have it folks! A confession of a spiritual leader sharing her doubts and fears openly and still shining bright.
Because no matter who you are or how long you've been "doing the work" there is more to do.
And that's ok.
It's ok to have come a long ways and know there is more to do because there is more for you to do in this world.
Meet it with a smile and shed the crap that keeps you from your light.
Be your own LIGHT!
Know you are ENOUGH!
Own your GREATNESS!
So why am I sharing this with you?
Well , this is important because too many women doubt themselves which leads to anxiety, disconnection, a nasty little achievement trap, and to eventual burnout.
I know because I'm here walking this journey with you and am on a mission to end burnout for women.
You do so much good in this world.
You have a huge heart.
And you are ready to shine brighter.
