We begin on September 6 with our first group meeting.
Working in our group you will empower feminine principles in your life and activate them with the support of the goddess.
Our group mentoring sessions are generally on the 1st Friday of the month at 1:00-3:00 MDT.
Group Q&A sessions are the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 4:00-5:00 MDT.
All sessions are recorded and you'll have full access to every class. Plus, added pdf bonuses for each goddess, meditations, yoga practices and connection with beautiful, like-minded women.

What’s Inside Shakti Rising Women
9 Months of Group Mentoring
Women are great at connecting and we learn more when we learn in a group. Each woman in our circle will bring her own blessings, experiences and wisdom. You'll gain valuable connections with other women on a spiritual journey who are interested in waking up the divine goddess within and will support you in doing the same.
We will meet once monthly via Zoom to partake in a theme based women's circle filled with learning, sharing and connecting.
Each month will have a theme that is supported by a particular goddess.
Honoring Your Wholeness
You are not just your body or mind. You are made of stardust, magic, heart and soul--along with your body and mind. In this group we will honor all of you.
Each month you will receive recordings of:
- Shakti based yoga practices to awaken your bodies wisdom and creativity
- Meditations and mantra practices to support your internal exploration of how the goddesses work in your life
- Rituals to encourage self-care and self-love, restoring harmony from the inside out
Wild & Free Women
It is the perfect time in our human evolution for women to regain their authenticity and feminine power.
What does that mean?
It means showing up differently. it means you stop trying to be who everyone else wants you to be and instead showing up as the real you. Practically this shows up as you:
- smiling more, enjoying life, feeling light and free, able to embrace the moment
What this does not mean?
Wild in this context does not mean feeling out of control, giving up on your responsibilities or letting go of your responsibilities. This kind of wild freedom is letting your true nature express itself. It is moving out of feeling domesticated, stuck in a rut, constrained by societal norms or, like the only place you can find safety is in your tiny little comfort zone.
It means taking chances by listening to your heart instead of your head all the time. It is feeling inspired and passionate, even enthusiastic about your life again. you can break the cage of societies arbitrary rules. It is embracing your own unique kind of being and loving yourself fully!
Upgrading Your Heart-set & Mindset
The mind is ruled by fear until something stronger replaces it. In other words, Pain pushes until vision pulls. Flow isn't something that happens to you. You create flow by making life simple and clearing blocks.
The secret to change is not on fighting the old but building the new. From the heart mind's perspective there is no failure, only feedback. Loving all that arises is the path of both surrender and manifestation.
Moving through fear with the strength of love
Each month we will pay attention to the trickery of the mind and how to upgrade your focus with radical self love. The path of feminine awakening is both a process of learning new skills and ideas as well as a path of undoing what no longer serves you.
