Beloved, I’m Mindy—a teacher, healer, musician, and sister on this path of awakening. For more than 20 years, I’ve been immersed in yoga, meditation, mantra, feminine wisdom, and energy healing. These practices have lifted me through my darkest moments, reconnected me to my own power, and taught me how to live in alignment with love.
I know what it’s like to feel “spiritual but not religious”—hungry for depth, yet unsure where to belong. I know what it’s like to do so much inner work and still wonder why life feels heavy. And I know the ache of trying to carry it all alone.
That’s why I built this temple. To give you what I once longed for: a place to come as you are, to be held, to be guided, and to grow at a soul level.
