Module Description: In this module you will develop the foundation for self-healing and expansion. Our world offers many distractions from our spiritual path and her we will learn how to overcome those obstacles and make ourselves a priority.

Self-study is an important part of self-mastery. As you begin to know, appreciate and love yourself more, you will feel empowered to make better decisions, manifest your heart's desires and live abundantly.

Module 2

Honoring the Body

Module Description: The body is our vehicle on our spiritual journey. In this module we will learn how to communicate with the body, nourish it, and live in harmony with it.

If the body is unhealthy, constantly in pain or fatigue it is a hinderance to deeper levels of awakening. Developing harmony within the physical body is an important steppingstone to regaining your vitality. 

• The base chakra teaches us how to manifest with safety. All energy is connected and so we begin with the first chakra to awaken and heal.
• We will develop new awareness and rituals to nourish and heal the body.
• We will access the divine feminine wisdom within the body, shakti, to listen to the body, explore it’s needs, and play with intuitive and creative movement.

Energy and Emotional Intelligence

Module Description: Everything is energy including emotions and is meant to flow. When this energetic flow is blocked we feel stuck, out of sorts, angry, helpless. In this module we will explore techniques to move stagnant energy and learn from our emotions.

As empathic beings we feel energy and often times take on negative energy.  By learning how to clear what isn't yours and stop taking on other people's energy you will begin to feel more empowered, energetic and capable of living the life you were designed for.

In this module we dive into how the mind works and how to upgrade your focus. The path of awakening is both a process of learning new skills and ideas as well as a path of undoing what no longer serves you.

Developing the Heart Mind

Module Description: The secret to change is not on fighting the old but building the new. From the heart mind's perspective there is no failure, only feedback. Loving all that arises is the path of both surrender and manifestation.

When we show reverence to our shadow selves we come closer to our higher selves. By respectfully acknowledging what our shadow feels you own your heart to calm and release the limitations of the past.
